That depends- do you live in a trailer in the back woods and your dad is also your uncle? If so, go ahead, because incest will obviously already be in your family. Otherwise, drop the cousin. Regarding the threesome with someone other than a family member, do you want to?

Absolutely not. Apart from its being incest, that is not healthy for any of you: you, your cousin, or the guy. And what I mean by not healthy is that, spiritually, you are losing something when you do perverse things with your body like that, like sex with multiple partners at once.
Sex is something beautiful for two people to enjoy--and you should not be involved in sex with people who are biologically related to you anyhow--I very much doubt your family would approve of that.
Just please take my advice: don't do it.

Okay, she's only your cousin by marriage. I don't know if that means she's your cousin's wife, which would not make it any better. No. Not with a cousin or anyone, for that matter. Inviting extra people into a relationship is just begging for trouble. I guarantee you things will never be the same between you again. Most relationships don't survive this. Don't do it if you expect the relationship to last!
