First off do you have any coolant, i know stupid question, but it is a must ask, if so, then the problem could be that when you changed out the H2O pump the thermostat was not changed out, it could be stuck shut, if it was replaced the other thing that could be wrong is the fan clutch, it might be turning with the engine, but when it gets hot, the fan might not be engaging, meaning the Viscous clutch is not locking up, a way to check it is in the morning before you start it up, engine off, rotate the fan, feel the resistance, then after you run it for a while, again with the engine off, feel for the Resistance, when the engine is hot, and the fan has locked up, it should have a lot of resistance, if not then the fan clutch is not locking up, thus not cooling down the coolant. The thermostat is harder to check, but if you can get to the radiator, after you have run the car for a while, feel the top and bottom, if one is hotter than the other, which is a indication of a bad thermostat i would take it into the shop for repairs. Good Luck

If it has an extra electric fan(which most cars have), it may have a fuse blown, or not working. Check you manual.
Good Luck!
