This morning I woke up and was feeling kind of nauseous but normal. I went to change my shirt and the front of my shirt is wet....right where my breasts are. I took my shirt and bra off, freaking out, and my nipples are ... leaking something. Not milky or anything, just kind of...thick moisture.

I went to the doctor this afternoon and i had to see someone besides the doctor i usually see. She told me at first that it's common for teens to not get positive results until 2-3 months and then made me take a urine test! It came back negative, but I peed right before she saw me so I coudln't go much and had to drink alot of water before I could. She said she thought since the test came back neg that it was high hormones!! Why would I be having heartburn and such if that's all it is? I'm so confused and scared!

I have had heartburn, really scary, realistic dreams, nausea all the time, exhaustion, serious mood swings, frequent urination, constipation and all that fun stuff....

it sounds like pregancy, but just remember that you can still have a period while being pregant. just keep a close eye on it and record what happens to you and when. that way you can make an appointment with the doctor and show them what you have recorded.

If your periods are still regular, and you've had negative pregnancy tests, you are probably not pregnant. It is possible, however. It could be a hormonal imbalance. You could also be experiencing pregnancy symptoms because you are scared, and because your hormones are out of whack. 'Hysterical' pregnancy - when your body sort of creates pregnancy symptoms, can happen if you think you're pregnant (it's actually pretty common in women trying to conceive). Go to the doctor - a different doctor might be advisable - and have them actually check your hormones. With a blood test. Your doctor really should have done this. You shouldn’t suddenly have a random hormone imbalance, and such an imbalance it could indicate a problem - there would be a reason for your hormones to be the way they are. It could be a thyroid problem, an illness, PCOS, a sensitivity to certain foods such as soy, birth control – any number of things. Other symptoms, such as acne – or acne suddenly disappearing, extra body hair, loss of hair, irregular periods, It could possibly be pregnancy, though I’ve never heard of teens not testing positive for 2-3 months, and see no reason why this should be the case. 2-3 months along, your HCG (pregnancy hormone) would be significant – though rare cases do exist where women don’t experience a positive urine test for some time, a blood test is pretty infallible. Also, leaking from the nipples is not really a common pregnancy sign – the majority of women don’t experience this until very late in pregnancy, and most not until the baby is born.

Sounds to me like more than hormones.
The heartburn and naseau could be either acid reflux or nerves from being so worried but I'm betting on nerves. The nerves could cause the frequent urination, mood swings, exahustion, constipation, but the leaking is a new one on me.
I don't think you're pregnant. If you were leaking because of pregancy, you'd be much further along and probably showing by now. So you wouldn't have to wonder about it. If I were you, I'd see someone else about the leaking problem. Make sure you drink a lot this time because you know what to expect. Drink a lot of soda or coffee or something else that will make you go and go and go... so the test comes out right. If you don't feel comfortable with the next answer keep going until you do. Go to a gyneocologist this time. Or go to http://www.WebMD and see what you can find on it. Web MD is a very reliable site. You will get the right answers there.

Please try to relax for a few days, then take a home pregnancy test. I think the Clear Blue Easy measures the lowest amount of pregnancy hormones, so I like that one the best. Maybe even get a couple of them. But it's odd to have leaky breasts in the beginning, it could be just hormones. I would get a second opinion and do some reasearch online as well. Don't freak out, just yet; you could be convincing yourself that you're pregnant for nothing! I wish you the best!
