original TXT by wildnboycrazy "because mormans like all other christians read the bible and the bible plainly says marriage is for man and woman or relatioships are for man and woman not woman to woman or man to man its a sin against god and I dont know about you but I would hate to be sent to hell to burn in a lake of fire for the rest of eternity for not controlling my sexual urges and sinning against god Its just wrong and dont tell me its my opinion read the bible!!"
to make it more understanable, the bible also says "judge not and ye shall not be judged, condem not and ye shall not be condemed, forgive and ye shall be forgiven" isnt that right, the bible is full of things that go both ways, so who are mormons to hate???

the question should be why does any person hate another person. Doesn't every human being deserve every ones respect?

Why do you single out the Mormons? There are people from virtually all religions that express hatred toward homosexuals. If your experience has been that only Mormons hate gays, you need to get out more.
Mormons are not taught to hate anyone; instead they are taught to love everyone. If a Mormon hates someone for any reason, then that Mormon has some repenting to do. Homosexual behavior is sinful (and Mormons aren't the only ones who believe this). I am a Mormon, and I have actually had some very good friends that were gay. Did I hate them? Of course not. But I don't approve of homosexuality. I also hate listening to foul language, but do I hate everyone who has a potty mouth? No!
"Hate the sin, love the sinner."

Hmm. I once met a couple of guys who were involved in a relationship of gender confusion, and I didn't know at first what their lifestyle was all about. We had a perfectly amicable conversation in their house, without bringing up any judgments of any kind. It was, in fact, all small talk. However, I was informed later by a friend of mine who was also present in that house that those two guys didn't like me at all. Do you think it was because subconsciously, Mormons and other people who are trying to live the law of chastity to the best of their ability remind people who are living with the spirit of confusion in their lives that sub-consciously that they are sinning? I had not said anything that could even remotely be construed as "hateful." Oh, and by the way, I have been friends with people who have that gender confusion weakness. One was a talented poet.

I am Mormon. Two of my brothers happen to be homosexual. I don't hate them, or anyone else who has those tendencies. I do believe it is wrong in the eyes of God, and that my brothers are sinning. I pray for them often. I believe that we are all given trials to face in this life. Some suffer depression, others alcoholism, kleptomania, nymphomia, compulsive lying... The list goes on. I don't really care if people are "born" gay. God does not approve of it. But we all sin and fall short. That is the great thing about the Gospel. Through Christ we can overcome all our weaknesses if we accept him and his help.
There are mormons that don't share my view. Everyone is entitled to their opinions. The Church's stance is basically love the sinner hate the sin.

Mormons don't hate gay people. They just think that homosexuality is a sin. Just like ANY other sin. They may be more vocal about disagreeing with the current societal acceptance of homosexuality because they feel it is a danger to the family life of everyone. I do repeat, they do NOT hate gay people.

Because their religion is based on a man who looked at a rock in a hat (I'm dead serious). Let them be and just work on treating people how you want to be treated.

because its inhuman and creates chaos in the society. dont you think its injust?and how can they have offsprings!!when nature does not support their relationship , as a human why we try to support that? it also creates artificial fantacies in the society and more people (without any genuine reason) fall into the trap just out of curiosity.
we can always love them and they can be with us but not their internal relationships.
