I’m sure you asking this because you try to find an answer if Time travelling is possible
Sorry but nobody could come from the future back into our time.
Why?
Because if you could travel just one second back or forward into time that means the universe collapse into itself and disappear.
It is possible to do a time travel but not that way you think it would be possible..
Think about it.
You are on the earth from today.
What about the earth one second later and than the next earth one second after the other one.
Now count these seconds together for 24 hours.
And once you have done that count the milliseconds which fill a second.
That means for all of this time another universe has to exist.
We worked and calculated that very much through and that isn't possible.
However it is possible to travel much faster as the time goes.
Time is a kind of speed.
If you can travel faster than time you could shorten the travel time from A to B.
In theory we already do time travelling.
1 Mile to drive with a Bike with 1 mile per hour and another time you drive 30 miles per hour.
That means you have shortened the time to travel.
Now there is a way to beet the speed of time in space so much that practical the time goes slower even it could go backwards.
But that does not mean that you could go back into history.
That only means that the time for you go slower.
Earth time goes like always.
Time is one of the most important factors in our lives.
Without time the whole universe wouldn't exist.
It hasn’t been seen by the Scientist yet but it gives Two different kind of Times in the universe.
Positive Time and Negative Time.
Negative time hasn't been found yet on earth because it does not exist on it.
Just a hint:
Positive is attracted by Negative and so is Negative attracted by Positive
Don’t be surprised if you never heard about that before.
How do I know that?

If there is a time we designate as the zero time, then there is the time before that time, which is negative, and the time after, which is positive. The decision to make some t=0 is an arbitrary one. Time existed before that point. The only t=0 that would not lead to a period of negative time would be if we could find an absolute zero of time. But when would that be? The universe theoretically began when the big bang happened, but that does not necessarily mean time began at that moment.

Time can be plotted on a graph. All after an arbitrary starting point is positive and all time before that point is negative. 2006 could be + 2006 and 50 BC could be -50.

No there is no such thing as negative time, remember time is a measurement constructed by man. It's like measuring wieght of some thing, or the mass of something. For there to be a negative there has to be a point where time has not existed.

for every positive there is a negative with or without time

We don't even understand the concept of time, let alone positive and negative

For every Yin there must be a Yang.
String theroy says there are 14 other dimentions outside of our universe (where do particles go when they are not showing up on monitors when they were there a second ago?).
Everything needs an oposite or it has no reason for being there.

Do you mean could you travel backwards in time? According to the mathematics, there is no reason why you couldn't. However, we do not even have a theoretical method for doing so. So, until someone makes a significant new discovery, the practical answer is no.

Theoretically yes, but noone has found a way to travel in the negative direction

it depends on the reference point. If your reference point was at the beginning of time, then there wouldn't be negative time. If the reference point was right now, then there wouldn't be positive time.
