Drink lots of water do not drink any sodas or coffee, run, light exercise, eat 6 balanced meals a day(breakfast-lunch-dinner and 2 healthy snacks like celery)
and most of all do not starve yourself. Try salads as meals with either no dressing or a viniger type one, just make sure the meals aren't full of fat you might get to your goal or at least very close. GOOD LUCK!

You should have started LONG AGO, and you already know that losing that much weight in that short a time is unhealthy.
SO, get your fat butt on a treadmill, then when you can't go any further, get on an eliptical machine, then when you can't do that any longer, get on a bike machine. When your legs fall off, do situps until you puke. Once you are done with that, eat nothing but celery all day long....(celery takes more calories to digest than it has, so it is a negative-calorie food!).
Keep moving, and don't eat anything stupid, and it MIGHT be possible.

Eat nothing for the first day drinking LOTS of water in order to purge your system and then eat raw fruits and veggies every two hours - a serving should fit in the palm of your hand. For dinner have a small amount of protein - also fit in the palm of your hand and a slice of whole wheat bread - Other than a glass of milk each day (8 oz) drink NOTHING but water and LOTS of it. Good luck. This won't sustain you long term but it'll help you take the 15 lbs off. Continue whatever exercise regime you're doing now.

I have found before I go on a regular diet for football I do the Atkins. In short spurts it is probably okay, but I wouldn't recommend it for long term, but for short term I think it works real well. Also riding bike and swimming, not sitting on a bike, but actual riding and not wading around drinking something with an umbrella, but actually swimming. Burns a lot of calories and stay off all carbonated drinks, diet too!

most of the weight your going to lose initally is going to be water weight no matter what you do. my advice and whats worked for me:
drink LOTS of water
cut out all meat, all pop, and all foods with artificial ingrediants, preservatives etc.
basically cut out all dairy but a littles ok
have a few power workouts a week (ie push yourself hard for about 4 hours untill you can't go any farther and then a little more)
eat salad for at least one meal a day (no iceburg lettuce, croutons, creamy dressing, cheese, ham etc, use a vinagrette and lots of spinich and other veggies)
skip breakfast if you can
drink hot beverages twice a day like herbal tea (it can speed up your metabolism)
keep moving all the time, walk places etc.
don't eat "diet" or "lo fat" labeled foods, theyre usually bad
if your going to eat bread, eat whole grain
take vitamins
it might seem strict but it works and you'll feel healthier too.

The truth is (less food)+(more training)= weight lost. Its a sad fact of life but that's the only way you're going to lose weight. It doesn't matter what sort of exercise you do just as long as you expend energy; just as it doesn't matter how 'low fat' your diet is, just as long as your energy intake is less. The less food that you eat and the more exercises that you do will allow you to loose the amount of weight you want to.
You have a few options:
1. Normal
2. Over the counter diet pills to help curve the hunger.
3. Throw up after every meal
4. Crank, Coke

15 lbs in 2 weeks is a lot! But drinking lots of water and cutting out all sugar and walking or jogging will probably help get closer to your goal, good luck!!

So, when people want to tell you the truth, you don't want to hear it; you only want to hear from people who don't know what they are talking about.
I dispute your claim that you "need" to loose 15 pounds in 2 weeks. You really want to, for some reason, but you will not cease to exist if you don't.
Go ahead and ignore those who tell you the truth, but you can't stop us from doing so.

I know a lot of walking or running or whichever will really help and also boost your metabolism. Make sure you eat regularly so you're losing weight the right way and won't gain it back.
