Well their parents probably allow them to have boyfriends and girlfriends. I mean come on. Now a days teenagers hormones are bursting out and they are ready to experiment and try new things. Fit into the crowd and so on. Lucky for me, I learned that you can be impregnated by one first time without protection, at a very young age. All thanks to my mother. And I'm fifteen, and still a virgin even though I had about four to five boyfriends. But these teens may ask these questions because they may have not paid any heed to warnings before these "feelings" came about. Now they start to wonder "Is it true that you can't become pregnant on the first time?" and etc. But they do teach it during middle/junior high. And ignorance can probably clutter their minds...Stopping them to gain knowledge before going down that path. Instead of thinking logically they probably go with how they feel...From being aroused in some way. They might feel as if they "need" it rather than being a want. But this whole thing I'm writing is just an opinion of a younger teenage girl. But thanks for reading.

A. Parents won't talk to their children open and honestly about sex and relationships. Other than, you are too young and aren't ready.
B. At least they are asking SOMEONE
C. Half the questions asked on here are by children giggling with their friends at the answers.
D. Frighteningly enough, they DO already have bf's and gf's at that age. And its due to pressure from the media and from the friends, that they aren't someone unless they are dating someone else. My guess anyway.
And again, for the ones that seriously ask questions that seem obvious to us. At some point we had to figure it out also.
My parents gave Me 'The Joy of Sex' at age 13 and pretty much said good luck. Certainly gave Me a head start on My friends.

i'm with you. if you don't know where babies come from or how they get in the belly, then they need to go back to sex ed. another thing i want to rant about. just because the teens are having sex and they are under age, doesn't mean that a guy can't get hit with a child support suite. his parents can be forced to pay child support until the boy is old enough to take over. when children have children, it's just plain stupid.

People are becoming sexually active at a younger and younger age. Sex education should therefore be delivered much sooner in school. If you are really concerned about this issue, you should put forward a proposal suggesting this change to your local school board.

Yes, it is frustrating and sad. Especially the people asking if they're pregnant. Buy a test!! So much sexual immorality, the least they could do is keep their nasty business to themselves. People want to feel good and are just going about it the wrong way. Good for you for preserving your virginity.

You are not alone, I can assure you. And even worse, is the fact that theres a woman who writes and says shes married having sex with 2 married men, and shes "preggy", as she calls it!!! Thats an adult, a prime example of how NOT to be.. such a SAD CASE!
Im proud of you and the fact that you are not rushing things, and that you have standards, dont settle for anything less!

Yes, it bugs me that these kids don't know too much but there are too many things to blame it on to list them all here. What I am glad about is the fact that they are asking someone.

Because people are dumb. Just like they show with the bazillion does he love me, is it cheating, will we be in love forever and ever questions. I do my best to try to answer most questions seriously, but it sure is hard sometimes.

thank you.and i completely agree with you. you should feel proud of yourself being so aware about sex and being a virgin till now. i definitely can consider that you would look forward into a longterm marriage relationship and give your gift "virginity" to your husband. but its very sad most people do not value this and spoil their life. i really appreciate your opinions and please consider your self very special in this world. cheer up.
