Let them know we are all proud of them for serving their country. The politcians (both parties) screwed them royally but they served and did all that was asked of them. For that alone they should be proud. They all deserve to stand tall. I wish them all a safe return to be with their families and loved ones again.

We absolutely cannot cut and run. Some want us to however, we must stay the course right or wrong. All that is just Opinion anyhow, our troops need our support , our country needs our support. I dont remember who said it but I remember hearing " United we Stand Divided we fall " We should finish what we start , or the world will look at us the same way as when we left Somalia. Yes we are losing soldiers and that is bad , however they are Volunteers that Joined up for whatever reason and agreed to serve, I thank them from the bottom of my heart that my wife and kids can go to a pizza place and not worry about someone walking in with a bomb strapped to their body. We are fighting the terrorist on their soil , and not in my backyard.
How long did it take for Germany or Japan to stabilize after ww2 ?
I think it was 7 or 8 years. We should stay the course.

I think it would be better to admit failure now because failure is the direction we are headed in anyway. Why prolong the inevitable? Yes, I realize that is not the answer you want. But let me ask you this- do you feel that at this time, we have done all we could to retaliate from the 9/11 attack? Do you feel if we continue on the course we are on now that anything good will come of it- that is, are we on the road to retaliation and peace?
The time to cut our losses is now, so that this is not dragged on into the next president's term. By admitting defeat now, we will be able to concentrate on improving our economic and political standing. The best thing that can be done is to learn from this debacle so that it is not repeated. In the future, we should maintain a more seperatist stance in the arena of world affairs and only become involved outside the US when economics and trade require such.

Think long-term. If we pull out of Iraq, there will be civil war. Iran and Saudi Arabia will be threatened. This will disrupt the supply of oil, and gasoline will go to $4 a gallon or maybe higher. And there may be long lines or no gas available if the civil war spills over and oil wells get attacked by the terrorists roaming free in Iraq.
The US economy depends on oil. This war is all about oil. If we don't have gasoline, people can't drive to work, and the US economy suffers. So if the oil gets cut off, we may have to go back in there a few years down the road to get oil back. Imagine if gas went to $7 a gallon because of unstability in the Middle East. Sound crazy - three years ago, $3 was crazy. We went in without a strategy - pulling out without one would be just as big a mistake.

What National Defense Policies? What War on Terror?
We created this mess! Bush did not listen to his daddy as he predicted this EXACT scenario and the reason he stopped at the border during Kuwait, and they have no democracy even though they promise elections. Ha!! Jokes on you!!!
This war is similar to Vietnam! We spent years taking losses for the inevitable! Shall we repeat that? We already repeated getting involved in this war anyway, and we were not even attacked!
We are not going to intervene in their civil war, so how many more body bags do you want?
One thing is for sure! There will be no Republican President in '08 and who ever is in will put an end to this Fiasco!
Well SOB, you mean like Vietnam> Name me one person in Bush's cabinet, including Bush, who is a deserter, that has any military experience at all, and the scary part is that they are running the fiasco in Iraq! If we stay in Iraq long enough, there won't be anyone left!

Virtually every war in history resulted in killing the men, raping the women and enslaving the kids. Everything was destroyed and the land belonged to the conquerors. These days we pay to blow it up then we pay to rebuild it, from our pockets. If were going to call it war then every living thing needs to be killed and the problem will be solved. If you want to win a war then the military needs to make the decisions, not the politicians. Iraq has no objective but to babysit while hoping that iraqis can gain control and abide by the usa's wishes. Better to give israel lots of nukes and turn the middle east into a glass parking lot that glows in the dark.

If we leave now a radical Muslim will take the place of Saddam and rally the people against the big bad Americans that came for selfish reason and left them to die. This will only cause the entire country to have a reason to hate us when if we stay at least we can do good and attempt to find a government that will be successful for their unique situation. But first things first... we need a new president. Unfortunately we can't leave now. We went in there hastily and now we are stuck until they are at least a little more stable.

It's interesting how you ask a question, and then proceed to try to tell us how to think. I support this president and this administrations national defense policies, and I have certainly been paying attention. No war is run perfectly, there are always going to be unexpected road blocks, but we have to finish what we have started. I wonder what our enemies would think if they saw a untied front on this war? What if the United States were truly united for once?

The impeachment of George Bush and the Cabal of Evil that got us into this mess where there are no good moral/ethical choices left. Then they must go to the Hague where they would stand trial for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Then we bring em home the same way they got there. They get on boats and planes and head East.

Denominations immediately are many and distinct. the unique “mainline” denominations have spawned dissimilar offshoots jointly with Assemblies of God, Christian and Missionary Alliance, Nazarenes, Evangelical loose, self sufficient Bible churches, and others. some denominations emphasize mild doctrinal ameliorations, yet extra frequently they purely provide diverse kinds of worship to slot the differing tastes and alternatives of Christians. yet make no mistake: as believers, we would want to be of one ideas on the necessities of the religion, yet previous that there is nice deal of variety in how Christians might want to worship in a company putting. This variety is what causes most of diverse “flavors” of Christianity. A Presbyterian church in Uganda could have a form of worship a lot diverse from a Presbyterian church in Colorado, yet their doctrinal stand will be, for the most area, an same. variety is a good component, yet disunity isn't. If 2 churches disagree doctrinally, debate and talk over the note ought to correctly be called for. this variety of “iron sprucing iron” (Proverbs 27:17) is functional to all. in the adventure that they disagree on form and style, in spite of the undeniable fact that, it is wonderful for them to proceed to be separate. This separation, in spite of the undeniable fact that, does no longer carry the responsibility Christians might want to love one yet another (a million John 4:11-12) and finally be united as one in Christ (John 17:21-22).
