4x/5 + 6x/10 = -12 (we are available in the approach the GCF or liquid crystal reveal; that is 10) so the equation will be: 8x + 6x/10 = -12 (why? b'coz 10 divide with the help of 5 is two and multiply it with the help of 4x it truly is going to be 8x... and 10 divide with the help of 10 is a million multiply with the help of 6x we get 6x then we upload it) Then we upload both and get the equation: 14x/10 = -12 (then we bypass multiply... -12 is over a million for confident. 14x more effective acceptable with the help of one million is 14x... -12 more effective acceptable with the help of 10 is -100 and twenty) so we get the equation: 14x = -100 and twenty (then we divide both section with the help of 14..) then we get... x = -100 and twenty/14 or x = -60/7 or x = -8 4/7

4x/5 + 6x/10 = -12 (we find the GCF or LCD; which is 10)

so the equation will be:
8x + 6x/10 = -12 (why? b'coz 10 divide by 5 is 2 and multiply it by 4x it will be 8x... and 10 divide by 10 is 1 multiply by 6x we get 6x then we add it)

Then we add both and get the equation:
14x/10 = -12 (then we cross multiply... -12 is over 1 of course. 14x multiplied by 1 is 14x... -12 multiplied by 10 is -120)

so we get the equation:
14x = -120 (then we divide each side by 14..)

then we get...
x = -120/14 or x = -60/7 or x = -8 4/7

4x/5+6x/10= -12 multiply both sides of equation by 10
40x/5+60x/10= -120
8x+6x= -120
14x= -120
x= -120/14
x= - 60/7= -8 4/7

4x/5+6x/10 = -12
= 8x/10 +6x/10 =-12
14x/10 =-12
14 x =(-12)(10)
x = (-12)/140
= -3/35

Change 4x/5 to 8x/10.

It will now read: 8x/10 + 6x/10 = -12

Combine 8x/10 and 6x/10 to get 14x/10.

It will now read: 14x/10=-12

Multiply both sides by 10.

It will now read: 14x=-120

Divide both sides by 14.

It will now read: x=-8.571428571...

As a fraction, x= -(60/7)

4x(2) / 5x2 + 6x / 10 = -12

8x/10 + 6x /10 =-12

(8x+6x) / 10 = -12

14x = -120

x = -120/4

x= -30

p/s: now can i have my 10 pts. =)

4x/5+6x/10=(-12)

2(4x/5)+6x/10=(-12)

8x/10+6x/10=(-12)

14x/10=(-12)

14x=(-120)

x=(-120/14)
reduced it is x=(-60/7)
decimal is x=(-8.571)

You'll need to get common denominators first. multiply each by 10. this will leave you with 8x + 6x = -120.....14x = -120. solve as normal.
teachers - please correct me if i'm wrong. it's been a long time since i've done equations.

((4x)/5) + ((6x)/10) = -12
((4x)/5) + ((3x)/5) = -12
Multiply everything by 5
4x + 3x = -60
7x = -60
x = (-60/7)
