About three years ago, I discovered my paradise in the comfort of my own garden. Family and home is my paradise, but it took me a long time to work it out. Any where in the world can be paradise if you have family and a home.

I have found paradise in so many places, so many towns, vilages, beaches and cities. Even at sea.

The thing I have learned is that paradise is caused more by your state of mind than by your location, although it does help. Whats more paradise takes dicapline. Be mindful of what you eat and drink, be mindful of who you meet and be mindful of your owl neagative thoughts but most of all be mindful not to take yourself too seriously as this is the shortest route away from paradise.

Good luck and happy travels.....

Yes, I have found paradise...

...and I've brought my husband with me...

After 25 years living in a terraced house that we loved; I became so disabled that I was struggling with the stairs and we needed to (very reluctantly) move to a bungalow.

We found one, we moved in, we had the necessary adaptations made - and now we both say we wish we'd moved here years ago!

We had been in here about a month and I dreamt I lived here - when I woke up and found I DID live here it was like the best present you can possibly imagine!

On balmy summer evenings we sit out in the garden together and we just can't believe it is all OURS!!
