Absolutly not. This I know for fact. When you make a will it is your free choice where you wishes will be met.

NOBODY has to be included in a will. You don't even need to write a will..Mind you, if you dont and your estate exceeds £258,000 the government will happily take 40%. If you write a will, dont include your children, and leave your estate to someone else they can contest it and prob have very good grounds unless there is well known evidence to the contrary. Dont know if its your will or you are the child..would need a little more information for a more succinct reply...

well if the children are that close to the relative and even if they are not using their parents last name and it has been proven that is their child yes i think that the childrens name should be included in the will .. cause i have a daughter that carried my maiden name and was left out completely of her fathers estate and i do not think it was right for her so called step mom and half-sister to get it all

I don't think they have to be, I've heard of people not including children because of some sort of family fight or other circumstances.

no you don't have to include children you can pass everything to your next of kin which would normally be your wife or husband but it is normal if you want to include your offspring that you state if both you and yr wife/husband should both die it all passes to the children if you so wish it saves complication and any fear of the government or any body you don't want to inherit

u put whoever you want in a will. its UR will. not everyone deserves something. look at aaron spelling, and how he just died. he had over 500 million dollars , and all that went to his wife, NOT his daughter, she got less than a million. see? it all depends on the person and what is up for grabs. everyone is different.

I don't think so but I do believe they are entitled to something legally regardless of whether they are included or not.

Only if you want them to be, you can leave all your worldly goods to whom ever you desire and if that offends others then so be it.
