You smooth it out with the mop untill the bubbles are vey tiny...they will dissappear when it dries. You can buff it after the second coat is dry...and each coat after that. You can buff it with a machine or polish over the dry finish with a clean towel Buffing will make it look better and last even longer

Your talking about the tar tile like in a public building or offices. You should use a commercial buffer and have to clean the floors very very well. The residue and over buffing will cause bubbles.

A buffer and to get out the bubbles you nee a straight thing to smooth them out

i assume u r talking about ceramic tile? or peel and stick tile? ceramic u dont wax, the other u can use a mop to apply.....

go to the hardware store and ask for lambs wool and applicator or soft cloth like old t-shirt
