It depends on the lab, and they don't care who pays for it, you and the potential father(s) work it out.

Lookit these guys:
http://www.gtldna.com/
They are saying $99 to $119. They claim it's about the same elsewhere if you shop around., ( I just type "paternity test cost" into Google. You should try using the internet some time. It's neat!)
Who pays? Depends why... I suppose that one side or the other in a paternity lawsuit could force a test to happen; if the case is a welfare department trying to collect child support, I imagine the judge would force the father to pay if the test proved he was the father. Otherwise, by the time you pay the lawyers, what's another $100 compared to all that?
Depends too. If the guy's not the father, and doesn't think he should make child support payments, wouldn't it be worth $100 for him to prove it once and for all?

If you are filing for child support and the father denies paternity, the court orders the test.
If he's the father, he pays.
If he's not the father, the state pays, but may require you to reimburse them.

In most states, it's about $350-400 if done through the child support family court system. And don't worry about cost - most states also require that the adjudicated father end up paying for it.

If you're really sure you know who the father is, have the test done. Pay for it. He will have to pay the cost back when it's proven he is the father.

If you went out and slept around, then you should pay to find out who the parent is.
If you wouldn't have sex with more than one person at a time, it wouldn't really be a problem

Nobady's required, if you order it you'll pay for it. But I think if you go to court to sue the father for child support you can propably throw it in... Oh, and its about 6oo$
