I would like to applaud you for trying to help her. So far you are on the right track by wanting to be a friend. A word of warning is be sure that this relationship stays healthy. Know that you can't and won't be able to solve all of her problems. In addition to you, I believe that you should also direct her to a counselor. That way there is someone else to share the load. Good Luck.

Be careful with this one most of the kids that shot up people at school or held them hostage was people like her having problems at home so you keep an eye out for her if she's writing stuff about pain I would let the counselors know that she has problems that need to be addressed...before it's too late ..It's good you want to help her but you can only do so much!!!

I used to be a little like you're friend. The crazy one, the one everyone pitied.

People would always talk to me out of charity (and because I was the smart one and let them copy my homework.) The thing is, I could always tell when it was charity, and I guarantee she can too. It's not that I wanted everyone to be mean, and talk about me like I wasn't even in the room like some people did. It's just that I would have been happier if they could at least pretend I was normal and not go out of their way to make up for my "flaws." In a way, I still resent a bunch of people who meant well for it. Be nice to her, but the nicest thing you can do is treat her just like you would anyone else.

your sweet. You can help her out by being a good friend to her. Sounds like she has had a rough life, she needs a good friend. If she is writing mean stuff about herself ask her if you could read it and then point out the good in her.

Maybe she just needs a friend to talk to and to motivate into someone better for herself first.A nice makeup party will probably be for the best for to do as friends to one another.Thats cute when friends do each other hair ,makeup and nails.

well being her friend is good enough... there really isn't much to do. try to help her out with her fears and invite her over to your house once in a while.

That's very admirable

Be aware that this girls will challenge you, so always try to be kind to her, but she also needs some straightforward talk occaisionally.
