i spend a lot of time with very poor people. i can understand why someone will do anything to get into this country to improve their lives and the lives of their families... we have a good thing going here! i cant blame them at all. my problem is with law enforcement. we have border patrol , local , state and fed police, we have IRS.. they all get paid VERY well by us taxpayers for years to enforce already existing immigration and tax laws... HOW DID THIS PROBLEM GET SO OUT OF CONTROL ? i do not want congress to pass new laws, i want law enforcement to DO THEIR JOB! or we'll get some illegals to replace them!!! and if new laws are made those who have broken existing laws MUST be held accountable under the law as it stood at the time of the crime EX POST FACTO!!! that dude from "survivor"[ richard hatch] just got 4 yrs for not paying income taxes on game show winnings.. and now you want to give amnesty to invaders/ tax evaders??? it's just not fair.. all i want is consistency! and to all who welcome/support this invation please give the invaders about 10-20% of your salary and see how you think then.. thats about how much mine dropped becase they are doing my work on the cheap!.. and again , i dont want it back from them.. i want a refund on my taxes !!

I agree with you. I will offer you a different perspective to mull over. This is not to excuse the lawbreaking, but hear me out.
We have, for years turned the other way while letting these people infiltrate our work force, social services and education system. So let us place blame all over, Clinton, Reagan, Bush elder and Bush Jr.

i.e. Let's say the speed limit was 65 but never really enforced. One day people are crashing and causing mass casualties.Do we A. get mad at the speeders, B. get mad at the cops. C. get mad at Lawmakers. Answer. all 3. problem is that this will be given another law that is never enforced due to poor law enforcement funding, Politicians will pander for the Latina vote to get over the next election, and we will become a EU by 2015.
Yeaaaaaa France. Glenn Beck talks a lot about this theory of combining US Canada and Mexico to form an economic union to compete with Europe and Asia.

No, I don't hate illegal aliens. However, granted them amnesty is wrong. There are so many people trying to become American citizens the right way and it's unfair to screw them over.
