And hard is it to over come?
And how has it negatively affect your life?

Absolutely none. They're the chosen people. Unless they're homosexual, then they'd be oppressed.

Late added note: Wow, didn't realise you guys felt so strongly about this! Cool, good to see you're interested in equality. I like it a lot! And yes I do believe men get the raw end of the deal in divorce. But I don't think in Australia the job situation is the same, I have a recruitment company and the men I represent don't seem to feel the same way.

No, Tambra, the job discrimination against white men will never go away. That's because women quit their jobs 4 (four) times as often as men do, every 30 months on average, so there is a constant churning in those high-paying jobs restricted to women. If they let men in those jobs, within ten years, they would be totally male again, not from discrimination but because they choose to quit a lot, then demand somehow employers make it even, no matter what!

And, aussiecheck is the usual feminist who lives in a dream world of opppression coupled with extreme privilege.

Y'all forgot divorce. In the US, the principal cause of divorce is female adultery. Yet, stupid judges give to these morally weak women who commit adultery, their kids; the house; the car; child support; and alimony, not to mention large property settlements.

Then, these female dorks refuse to let the fathers see their kids whom they are supporting.

I know. I know. To the feminist brain (an oxymoron if I ever heard one) this is all rational and logical, and doesn't constitute oppression. Oppression, true oppression, is when any woman doesn't instantly get her own way, with no work or effort on her own part.

They seem to have become the minority when it comes to being hired for work. The work force in its effort to even up the scores of people they hire are now having to over look a white mans skills to remain none prejudiced. This would not be an issue today if this had been instituted 50 years ago. People would be competing mostly on skill as opposed to race and gender.

I don't know what it's like in Australia (referring to "aussiechicks" coment) but in America:

Hate crime laws almost never apply to white male victims. So racially motivated violence against white males is tacitly accepted by our judicial system.

There are no government programs in terms of financial aid that are available exclusively to white men, although women, and all other non-Caucasian groups have a plethora of financial aid options offered by the US government. The government assumes all white men are rich and privileged (sure wish I was).

Do to racial quotas, white men, but mostly whites in general, must often meet higher standards in order to be accepted into a university or as an employee at any given company.

Those are the first to come to mind. I'm not saying if it's right or wrong, but the facts are pretty hard to argue with.

Is it hard to overcome? Damn near impossible I'd say. Because whites have been branded the evil race by guilt ridden, suburbanite whites and the rest of the non-white world, we are always seen as the source of the worlds evils. Because women have branded men as violent cheats and rapists, we will always be on the defensive as far as the sexes go.

I'd suggest forgeting about it. Swallow your pride. If you're ever confronted by a group of minorities that hate whites and the potential for violence is obvious, run. If you fight and win, you'll be branded a racist. If you don't win, well...........

Well, when there are hiring quotas for women and minorities, a white male who scores higher on the tests and interviews better and has more experience doesn't get the job because they HAVE to hire a woman, or a person of color. The same goes for some scholarships and some college admissions. Stinks, but it is societies efforts to give minorities a boost upward.

I disagree with aussiechick....White males are subjected to discrimination in the workplace..there may not be 'hiring quotas' for women and minorities, but with all of the litigation over the past 20 years there is an attempt by employers to place them ahead of excellent white male employees or even hiring them in the first place.

We are oppressed by our perfectionism and our imperfectability, the normal human dictomy. The human essence, the human drive in common, forces the mind into it. Everything else is cultural diversity, differentiating the human mind into the individuals we are. Of course, we should always blame the women.
