OH goodness I am one of these people.

We are charming beyond beleif, extremely fair, and even though Capricorn doesn't really focus too much on things of beauty (unless it's nature lol), we Libra Rising really focus on it in humans, especially in other women. We are surprisingly quick with fashion, too, and Caps aren't really known for that kinda stuff. People who are true Libras are. We Caps already dress...uh...NOT to impress. lol We're the ones who don't hate on other girls...if she's pretty or gorgeous, we'll say it, flat out. Doesn't mean we're gay, just means we do what Libras do.
