I think boxers is better than briefs. im comfortable to it. wearing briefs is just too fit while boxers are relaxing and allows my penis to breath =)

Boxers not cause it's easier to take a p1ss from, but becaus it lets your balls act normaly. They arent always held against your legs or hips. See sperm can only servive above or below a couple degress of your body temp. Thats why when they need to "breathe" they can hang around per say and if its cold they can contract (not contract, but get closer. You get my point right) normaly. This would increase your sperm count. By how much I dont know.

I don't wear underwear. I just run around in my natural feathers, it's much more comfortable that way.
Of course, I'm a penguin. You humans might have some trouble keeping your fleshy pink butts warm if you didn't wear pants.
