If you have an ant hole outside, just pour dish soap down the hole and they will leave. It works like a charm.
Where they are getting in the house, put a lid or something shallow down and put some heavy syrup or something very sticky that they will eat and they will get stuck and die.

Good Luck

Proably the cheapeat and fastest way is to go to Lowes or Home DEpot and geta sack of diamatous earth,, I know you said you don't have any money but the stuff is cheap. Spread it around your deck. They will walk through it. It has finely ground nature products in it. The silica in it cuts ecoskelton of the ants and they die, As they take it back to the nest it gets on ther ants and they die ,too.May ahve to repael application if it rains.

What's wrong with black ants? Why do you hate them so much? Is it because they're black? Would you be having the same problem with red ants? Do you hate me too because I'm black? Stop being such a racist!

Do you have lots of tupperware containers? Everytime you see a ant, put the tupperware on top of it like a cage so its trapped. That's what I do with spiders.

Take plain Table salt and pour it down the ant hill if you know where it is at. This will kill them because the salt draws the water out of their bodies. Or if you have some paraffin oil that will work also.

Believe it or not, a little dish detergent mixed with water sprayed on them kills them nearly instantly. Mix it about 5% I think.
