Does a chirping noise coming from the A/C mean that I need more freon?

Or what's the problem? The noise is getting annoying.

Maybe the belt is loose or something...You might want to check on it.

The air conditioning compressor has a rubber belt that makes it run. If the belt is loose or worn you will get this noise. If you don't get it fixed your car will overheat and the entire compressor will have to be replaced.

Any great SUV, at the same time with Chevy Suburbans or Ford Expeditions could comprise rear air as usual, yet smaller SUV's at the same time with Ford escape and that i think of the Honda CR-V has an option to get rear AC.

I am not sure of your problem, but mine was simply the tensioner pulley was weak, it did not keep enough tension on the belt. When the AC turned on the belt would "chirp" or "squeak" due to the load of tha AC compressor.

Have your belt and tensioner checked.

just means your belt for your compressor is a little lose. When you turn on the A/C and the motor gets loaded the belt will begin to slip. a quick tighten ( very easy) will fix the problem.
