Possibly. There is evidence that the full moon does affect human behavior. One possible explanation is that the human body is made up of mostly water. We know that the moon affects tides, so I guess it's not too great a leap to think that perhaps the moon does affect our bodies, too. Ask your police or emergency room people. There is an increase in deviant behavior, violent behavior and just plain weird behavior when the moon is full.

No but it must affect some people since it is where the word "lunacy" comes from. Also, it definitely has a physical pull on the human body since women's menses seem to be controlled by it. Police stations and hospitals are said to see more action during a full moon. There must be some psychological impact on particularly sensitive people.

no I'm totally crazy!!!! I can't help it - started when I was in my teens and although now I know it's coming it's still a *****... so glad someone else noticed - the explanation I got is that since we are made up of mostly water and the moon affects the tides it can affect people's disposition too???? God help ya if you cycle out the same time too then totally look out - who knows maybe I'm a witch.... good luck to you....

I've never noticed any change in my own behavior, but I have noticed my cats acting weird around the time of the full moon and before a thunder storm.
