In some questions I've seen that the level is shown under the pic and the report button in the right under the answer.

You noticed that too. I went to edit a question and found all kinds of things on that question. It said something like "Sorry, the buttons aren't working at this time." So, I started looking down and it had rating buttons on the side.
I'll be back I am going to check on some more questions I had answered.
Well, I'll be darn, they are gone now. Yours still there?? That is strange.
We are not crazy! On the type of the answer page. Answers is being updated. I thought I was going nuts.
