Is this normal?

I masturbate probably 35-40 times a day. Almost every woman I see makes me horny and sometimes I will use public restrooms to masturbate if I see an exceptionally attractive woman. Is this normal or should I seek help? I do have a girlfriend and I have sex 2-3 times a week, it's just not enough.
