When you make frequent, repetitive motions using your hands and wrists [such as typing in a keyboard], the nerves that pass through your wrists can become chronically inflamed. This condition is called Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; it's irreversible, very painful and relieved only by surgery.

If you have a CRT style screen there is some radiation, like sitting close to a TV set. Eye strain is common, so is carpal tunnel syndrome for those who don't know how to rest their wrists on the edge of the desk while typing. There is also some psychological effect if you stay on the computer too long and don't get out and socialize. I've seen many marraiges end over computer addiction.

Tolerable amount of radiation. Basically, the eyes gets affected due to close contact with the screen (monitor). Blood cloth on legs and in some occassions back pain, primarily because the operator is sitting while operating a computer. Limit the use of computer and preserve your health.

Just your eyes, maybe back, and well lack of activity means more fat. Try sitting on an exercise ball and bouncing while you are on, it is good for your back and keeps you moving a little more.
