In what way do you mean "retarded" To me, he does not look so, and retardation is something that should not be joked about IMHO. He does seem tired, is less interesting than he use to be, but I have no clue what that has to do with being retarded. One should be careful when using a condition that someone is born with, to their parents" despair, when describing someone who is obviously not inflicted in that way. It is true he has been in and out of rehab, does that make him "retarded" or simply not intelligent enough to know he is throwing away a life that has given him the ability to be a good actor, and forgiven him many times for his misbehavior. No, he is not retarded. He has poor judgement.
