I am at work and it is a co-worker's birthday. Other co-workers have asked me to get him to go to the cafeteria here at work. I am unsure on what to say to get him to go to the cafeteria. The only people at work right now are the cleaners, the afternoon shift, and myself (security). Someone will be escorting him to see me, then I am to send him to the cafeteria for cake, etc.
Can anyone help me? I am stumped!

Either send him for a soda for you or, as a favor to you, to go see if so-and-so is in the cafeteria as you need to see them pronto. Look like you're too busy to do it yourself.

For starters don't make it the cafeteria. Just say after work you
want to celebrate his birthday by buying him a round of drinks.
Then you surprise him at a local pub/restaurant. That way you
looked to have put more thought into it than just having it at the
cafeteria.

Tell your co-worker that you felt and think you broke an ankle,so just ask him to bring you at the cafeteria cause it make you thirsty.But you need to jump only on one feet so your co worker will not suspect anything good luck!
