YOu can use Dawn dish soap. Go to www.dawn.com and it will tell you how they have used dawn to clean up big oil spills from highways.
you can also use oven cleaner.
I have successfully used spray oven cleaner to clean heavy grease stains off a garage floor. I sprayed it on and let it sit, then wiped it up with a damp rag. For stubborn stains, spray and cover with plastic that is taped down with duct tape overnight.

purchase a bag of cat clutter and be beneficiant with it ,conceal the oil slick thoroughly and thick .Scrape that off and a large type of the exterior oil will arise ,then positioned yet another heavy layer on and merely leave it ..I actually have used that various situations on a previous vehicle we had ,and it is going to pull ninety% of the oil out ,and all I do is merely keep including cat clutter to it because it blows away or the rain washes it down.and it is going to ultimately make a large type of the stain bypass away ,merely keep it on the stain and that i even weigh down it into the stain as I walk for the length of it
