I was the tire man for a garage and would see that on older hondas and other cars. Jack car up securely if you have a jack stand let it rest on that. Do not get you legs or feet close to the car at all!!!!!! Take a sledge hammer or a rubber mallet, with the sledge hit the inside lower rim of the wheel. If it dont come all the way loose spin the wheel and do it again across from where you did. You can try this with a mallet but sledge works much better. If its still stuck spray some wd 40 or crc on it and let it set for ten minutes or so. Its rusred on there, but I have never failed to get a wheel off using this method. Good luck! P.S. Be real careful if not steel wheels try to hit most of hammer on inside of tire.

It sounds like the wheel is rusted on if it's a steel wheel or corroded on if it's a aluminum wheel.Either way pick up a can or "P.B. BLASTER" which should be available and most auto parts store and spray it between the wheel and whatever it's stuck to then after allowing the stuff to work (about 10-15 minutes) then give the tire/wheel combo a couple of kicks and it should come off.If necessary repeat the "P.B. BLASTER" application until it works.

put one lugnut back on and hit the back of the tire with a heavy mallet. The rims fit snugg on the rear drum and usually they rust and it becomes harder to hit them off......use a lug nut or you may get hit with the rim when it breaks free.
