html only and no websites. I want to do this myself. I would want the results to be emailed or sent to a file, however i do not want the "you are about to send information thought email..." thing to show up, and i dont want outlook to launch.

ah, the classic password stealers trick.

basically you can't do it using only html and without another website, sorry.

at the very least you need a mailing script and an email server to send the information.
