Everything is plugged in and I can put a record on the spindle and manually turn it and have the music come through the speakers. I also hear the "click" when I bring the arm over to start the table turning.

Take out the platter. Underneath, you will see a belt that drives the centre spindle of the platter. It is attached to the motor.
Either it has slipped or has snapped. Repair or replace.

Looks like everything else is ok, it is just not turning.

You can check to see whether the motor runs when you turn it on. If yes, obviously everything is working fine and all you need is the belt.

If you do not know where to get it, go to the makers' website and order the part.

If you cannot locate the platter's spindle, then sometimes, it is run by a rack and pinion (gears) arrangement that drives the platter. It may have a rubber wheel at its head. Inspect that. It should engage on the inside lip of the platter. You did not say what your make is - I can help you better if you give that info.

depends on what kind of turntable you have. is it direct drive or belt drive? if belt, it may have slipped off or broke or stretched, look at the spindle closely, can you see a "c" or "e" type retaining clip? if you do, gently remove it because it will fly off and you will spend the next 3 days looking for it. gently lift the platter straight up. you should see the belt. check it. clean platter and drive pully with alcohol. there should be a rubber mat on the platter. remove it to uncover the holes in the platter. these holes are for reinstalling the belt , if its direct drive check to seif the power connector is ok. good luck

Check the motor belt assembly sounds like you got a bad one.
some of the better turn tables had a direct drive motor and no belt but those were rare.Linear tracking or not? check bottom of turn table for travel locking screw or bolt maybe? Would be labeled if brand new.(out of box)
