Emily Rose was Excellent
Seven awesome wouldn't classify as a Horror thogh.
An American Haunting never seen it.
The Omen Classic Must See
The best outta your choices I would say The Omen
My personal choice for best Horror movie is the first Halloween.

i think the omen was pretty good...not what i really expected but then again it never is. american haunting was actually really good, though a lot of ppl didnt like it so i was suprised when i did. emily rose actually did SCARE me... im not sure why, probably because of the idea of what happened to her and how it is said to be true!! i didnt' see hostel because Saw 1 and 2 was too gruesome for me so i didnt' want to see something worse...lol..and i liked seven, i wasnt' scared but it was jsut a good movie. so the best...hm i would have to say a tie between and american haunting and emily rose....

of those, I only saw seven and the omen (the original).
I thought Seven was one of the most pessimistic stories I have ever seen! A real downer. As well as very icky and disturbing.
The (original) Omen is really good, but I heard the new one sucks. It's not gory, it is a good creepy story.
The best scary movie I have seen lately is A Tale of Two Sisters, a Korean film. It is really nightmarish. Do not be avoiding the foreign language ones! Half of hollywood's good movies are just copies of the orginal films from other countries (The Ring and The Grudge were originally Japanese, that's one example, I can list a bazillion others...).

I love scary movies.
I haven't seen Hostel yet. Emily Rose was okay. Seven was freaky. The Omen was very scary when I saw it when I was a kid. The remake is okay.
I am going to go see Lady in the Water this weekend. Did you see it yet?

Hostel was good. Eli Roth knows how to do blood and gore.
Emily Rose was boring except for the parts with the exorcism(i skipped through all the courtroom scenes). Seven was good.
Haven't seen the last 2 yet.
Have you seen Silent Hill?
