their under arm or their legs any tips im going to try it before school starts ......and does it really hurt tell me some details?

Under your arm hurts like a bugger. Legs are really painful in spots, but nothing like your 'pits. Waxing your lower arms isn't bad at all though.

I haven't shaved my legs in almost 7 years - I get waxed about once a month. Yes, it does hurt a bit, but it's completely tolerable (I've never done underarms - it might hurt more).
First of all, don't go around the time you are getting your period. Your skin will be more sensitive. Secondly, make sure skin is clean but not oily. I don't use any moisturizing lotion on my body before I get waxed because it makes it harder for the wax to stick to my hair.
Your hair will really get more sparse and fine over time, but you'll have to be patient. The major downside: wearing long pants while you wait until your hair is long enough to wax again.

It really hurts the first time but after that, it isn't bad at all. I LOVE getting waxed now after being afraid to try it for years. I lvo how low maintenance it is and it's worth the price to not have to shave every day.

I waxed my armpits before going on vacation. It sounds a lot more painful than what it actually is. The legs sting the first time, but you get used to it. As for downstairs... ouch.

I've waxed many times and honestly i think the results are over rated and the pain is over exaggerated....It barely hurts at all....but shaving is much more affective but needs constant attention!

I screamed my head off the first few times my legs/bikini area was done
now 2 years of doing it ? it still hurts but it doesn't seem to hurt as bad
maybe I'm just getting used to it

yes i have not legs but under arm and Brazilian bikini and of course eyebrows....well it hurts like hell the first time and you need to make sure that you have grown the hair out long enough or else it hurts and there is no result and you've wasted your time. good luck

it hurts for like a second,then it doesnt hurt anymore....... you get used to it......... and plus its better than shaving. because it lasts for like 3 weeks, its great if you have to swim instead of shaving every other day.. wax once and dont worry about anything

Any waxing hurts, anywhere! But it does keep it off longer and when it grows back it is softer.
