If you have constantly chapped lips, you must not be drinking enough water.
It always feels like your lips are extra dry after lip balm wears off because you get used to having your lips lubed. I'd say to use just a little dab of vaseline. It's cheap and it does its job. I would really suggest drinking more water, though--you'd be helping the problem from the inside and not just the outside.

I swear my life on Blistex but it's a bit addictive! Everytime you brush your teeth if you rinse out your mouth and apply the lip balm while your lips are wet the balm will soak up the moisture and keep your lips smooth all day long, its great at night before you go to bed cos you wake up with beautifully soft lips, good luck (",) x

I agreed - Burt's Bees (I think Tiger Balm is great for many things, but would guess it would sting on chapped lips - may save you money on collagen injections though!)

u could continually commence off with a sparkling lip balm. this enables save ur lips from looking dry n chapped n acts as a base for ur gloss or lipstick. it additionally prevents the colour of gloss or lipstick from "death" ur lips that color. (sure, this might take place n ur lips might substitute into shiny pink consistently if that's the colour of the gloss or lipstick). u can use gloss if u prefer sheen with a diffused hint of color or no color in any respect. gloss is sumtimes rele sticky yet doesnt experience heavy in any respect. lipstick promises finished coverage n can intensify dryness of lips. it is likewise heavier n can smudge extremely without perfect application. i recommend lipgloss for everday use n a lipstick in lavender or toddler pink for a particular occassion. wish that helped :D

Carmex is very effective (comes in a small white pot with a yellow lid). Putting it on at night works to, in the morning lips are nearly healed (for me anyway).
