Go to any font website such as http://www.larabiefonts.com or http://www.dafonts.com and download whatever font you want. They'll be compressed in .zip format so you'll need something like WinZip to unzip them. If you need it, you get get UltimateZip here: http://www.ultimatezip.com (its basically a free version of WinZip. Once the font downloads, open the file with your zip program and then choose to unzip the file to C/Windows/Fonts. After that, go into the fonts folder to make sure the font unzipped right (you can double click on the font to get a preview of it) and then you'll be good to go.

There are 2 alternatives. as the different guy stated, there is "wubi" which installs linux as a digital gadget and also you actually run linux as a application interior residing house windows. in my opinion, i think this undersells the equipment because it is artificially slow. try a stay cd first (it will boot and run off of a cd/dvd with out being put in) to make your ideas up in case you want to pass that direction. there are a selection of training on line on the thanks to position in a equipment to twin boot residing house windows and the particularly installers are rather good about it (not more durable than installation XP contained in the first position and extra person pleasant now and again.) From own adventure i must be particular you defrag your hard disk drive first and performance a magnificent bite of complicated disk area/a 2d force to position in on. i ought to also use a residing house windows repartitioning device considering linux continues to be no longer tremendous at shrinking residing house windows drives.
