To be honest with you your best bet is to call you district clerk's office, and ask. They should be able to tell you the correct amount.

I am not a lawyer. but I always thought you had to put judgment in escarole to file an appeal. Otherwise if you loose appeal they automatically get your money. I hope I am wrong
