Does anyone know how to maintain friends?

I'm a young woman and been married for 3 years and have 2 wonderful kids. I moved to a new city and lost contact with old friends. Does anybody know how I can make new friends and maintain balance btwn friendship, marriage,children and career? I feel lonley at times and feel the need to bond with other women that I can relate with.

maybe u can get more involved w/ PTA at the kids' schools. or encourage ur kids to bring friends over, and invite the mothers over for coffee. also, u can try joining a book club at the library, or attend meetings at church, or some kind of club once in awhile. it may be hard because u have a family, which is why it would be helpful if u had neighbors ur age, or kids parents (so kids can play, parents can play), or meet people who have similar interests as you. maybe u can volunteer at a woman's shelter, or YMCA. :) don't worry.. u have a world of opportunity open to u, just make sure u are a strong, confident, happy, responsible mother and person so that no one can really bring u down. it's much easier to make friends when u are confident and positive, because u will attract those kinds of people :).

you're saying alot of "they do no longer ask". Why do no longer you ask then? possibly you come for the time of too harsh of you prefer to speak alot and human beings are grew to become off. attempt picturing how different persons see you and ask your self what they could be thinking while they seek advice from you or see you and perchance you will come across the answer. Or in case you're extremely brave, ask somebody why and tell them you desire a thoroughly hassle-free answer. it may purely help...

dont talk **** about them to other friends allways be truthful and ohnest and just be yourself. there aint nothin i dislike more than fake people:)
