British and French would be terrorists by today's standards imposed by USA and Israel.
Well lets see:
1. Israelis are occupying Arab land.
2. Israelis are bulldozing Arab houses
3. Israelis don't give fair access to water to Arabs
4. Israelis are killing Arab civilians with most sophisticated weapons.
5. Israelis are building a wall on the territory that doesn't belong to them.
6. Israeli occupation caused millions of refugees.
And now USA and Israel say anyone who oppose this is a terrorist.
Well USA and Israel have right to their own opinion.
If it is important to anyone: My opinion is that Hezbollah and Hamas and anyone who is fighting against this Israeli politics are freedom fighter. Very brave ones. I have right to have my own opinion.

Nazi's were "terrorists" so trying to call the French or British the same is just silly.
If Israel were to attack for no reason, anyone then yes they would be terroists. However, they just want to live in peace, their neighbors, some not all, on the other hand want to kill every single man, woman and child that is, was or will be Jewish.
The fact that they are Arabs is irrelevant. The actions they are taking and have been taking are what make them terrorists. Hezbollah only wants a cease fire because Israel is pummeling them and Syrai and Iran have not joined into the fight. Many of these little factions that advocate the destruction of Israel relied on the belief that if Israel retaliated against these "Freedom fighters" other Arab countries would come to their aid. That aid didn't come, and probably won't.
Hezbollah fires rockets into Israeli cities, 150+ a day that are so unreliable that if it wasn't for gravit they wouldn't hit the ground. The sole purpose of these weapons is as an "area" weapon. In a conventional thinging war, Army "A" lines up against Army "B", these rockets are designed to be launched into the front lines of the opposing army to clear paths inflict casualties ect... Instead, Hezbollah isn't launching them at military targets, they are just pointing them south and shooting. I think they hit a school a week or so ago. Big military target... good thing those books will never be put to use...

To distort the facts that are based on historical events is very shallow thinking.
1) the Nazi terrorist, under the leadership of Hitler, terrorized Europe in an attempt of world domination.
2) all Arab countries hate the Jewish nation of Israel, they are led by a religion which is followed by Arabs that teaches the total destruction of the Jewish nation.
As you can see the Arabs and the Nazis have a lot in common, that being the death and destruction of Israel. based on history and current events the Arab terrorist are picking up where the Nazis left off.

You need to learn the rules of War.
No France and England were both defenders
Take Iraq for instance Saddam attacked New York we as defenders went into Iraq.
However if by chance say hypothetically someone else attack New York. And the Us retaliated by attacking Iraq. That would be an act of war against Iraq and the US would be the aggressor.
But we all know the Saddam tried to crash an airplane into Crawford Texas so he is the bad guy

The US federal Court labeled Hezbollah as terrorist and were working for Iran at the time of the barracks explosion in Beirut in 1983 when 232 military were killed!
That paved way for the freezing of financial assets of Iran in the US until a trial by the victims family!
Of course, the US was labeled the same by the world court, as was Ronald Reagan and his Iran /Contra illegality that he finally admitted he knew about!!

The Golden Rule apparently does not apply. When White, Christian "democracies" fight invaders it is self-defense. When people in the developing world do this they are terrorists. The word terrorism as a term of convenience for nations who use terror themselves but as a method of government policy rather than as a tool of a smaller political faction. At least for right now only the U.S., Israel and Britain (government, not people) are buying into the hypocracy.

ah yeah - you mean when Israel left Gaza and were attacked or when they left Lebanon and were attacked.
The only place that is more or less calm is the West Bank where massive fences seem to work best with muslims neighbors. A great idea for our border with Mexico.

No, they were attacked by a country. A terrorist is not an agent of his/her country. (I do believe the Nazis called the French resistance terrorists though.)
Both France and England were attacked first...guessing you'll learn about that in history class this year.
Also Mel please note...Arabs who attack US troops in Iraq are called insurgents, those who attack civilians are labled terrorists.
