How can i transfer the songs that i downloaded from ares lite to my ipod?

I think its pretty simple. If you check the Ares Lite it stores the downloaded songs to a particular directory in your computer. You can check the exact location by going to the Preferences/Options in Ares Lite.

Once you have located this in your computer, then its just like any other music transfer to the iPod. Im presuming that you are talking about MP3 songs.
