its not std cuz im a virgin and i obviously know where my thing has been..its dry skin and comes back every time i wash it or masturbate...how do i get rid of it

Use a luber while masturbating, vaseline works too
Before bed, Apply a good body oil (baby oil) or coco butter (non perfumed) for sensitive skin. Apply lots of it. even inside. if its runny saturate cotton pad in the oil or butter and cover your penis with it. Cover in cling film. (not tightly but quite intact).
It will feel soft and more elastic. Apply moisturiser after bath/shower.
Also after covering in cling film apply a hot towel.
Also, you can tie some oats in a thin cloth and leave it in a glass of hot water for a couple of hours. Apply this water after bath to your penis skin. Great for skin all over.

Lay off the hand jobs for awhile and allow it to heal
Lotion. (you can use it to Masturbate as well)
