It returned to sender that being me .However, I am able to e--mail him at his home at his cox.net e-mail and everyone else..This just occured recently I use to be able to e-mail him at work.This is an isolated incident .He claims theres no block on my e-mails he-mails me from there.daily to keep me apprised of my current status.

Try replying to one of his e-mails. If this works, my guess is his company has a spam filter that is stopping your e-mails for some reason. Ask him to contact the mail system administrator and ask them to check on your e-mail address. They should be able to clear you though the spam filter if that's the problem.
