USC has good players in the history as OJ Simpson, and etc. Matt Leinart replaced Carson Palmer who was Heisman winner in 2003 and first numbe pick by Bengals. Matt follwed Carson Palmer to won the Heisman trophy then Reggie Bush won the Heisman trophy for runner back.

The argument can be had that Vince deserved the Heisman too. Check these stats:
Young:
Completion %: 65.2; Passing Yards: 3036; Passing TD: 14; INT: 10
Rushing Yards: 1050; YPC: 6.8; Rushing TD: 12
Compare to Bush:
Rushing Yards: 1740; YPC: 12.9; Rushing TD: 14
Receiving Yards: 478; Receiving TD: 2
Now I know comparing a QB to a RB is comparing apples to oranges but it does prove that Bush wasn't the only dominate player in th NCAA. U claim that Bush "single handedly beat the crap out of the NCAA!!" (all but Texas mind u) but not only did Vince Young beat up on the NCAA ( including USC) but he was the most dominate player on the field that day ( including the "two Heisman winners") All in all Texas was the better team. The proof is in the score. Hook'em Horns Repeat in 06'!!!
p.s. I'm not black and that's not y Vince is better.

The Heistman Trophy is too politically swayed by ESPN now to be regarded with dignity anymore. Texas won the game regarded as the National Championship game. The NCAA is flawed in that they do not have a playoff. They did get lucky last year and get two undefeated teams that played at a high level all year long. If I were a college football fan, I would hold winning the National Championship higher than one player winning a politically swayed trophy.
