When on your period, do you gain weight? And if so, how much? I know you have water weight, but like idk, i feel buldgier.

normal!!

you won't gain a tone of weight... it is water weight, and you may be bloated, which will make you feel bigger... i would estimate about 1-2 pounds...

and honey, we all crave something... especially sweets!!

No I gain no weight I just get terrible cramps & feel like I weigh a ton but it's only water buy yourself some water pills that will help you out alot durning that time of the month.Good Luck

you probably feel like you've gained weight because you are bloated, it happens to me 2. im sure that many other women feel heavier on their period 2

No, you don't gain weight. Even if so, you loose it naturally on the other part of the cycle.

no. i actually tend to lose weight haha.

i dont ever crave chocolate because i dont like chocolate. chocolate is gross. i like vanilla better. lol
