no it aint lotion coz even ladies in africa from the poorest areas don't use lotion but if u ask their husbands are soft as well.
it's just in the way it is , a normal lady feels soft and nice.

my boyfriend wonders the same thing. maybe b/c women use all of the bath stuff and guys just use soap. women love to pamper themselves more than men
