also, he is getting very tired and he is getting cold chills, his speech is slured and he can hardly remember anything.....what should I do??? help!!!!

DO NOT PULL THE PENCIL OUT OF HIS EYE!!! Place a paper cup over the end of it with a small hole in the bottom for the end of the pencil. This will minimize any movement. Hold a cold pack around the injury and call 911 immediatly. Again..
