I have just tiled my kitchen floor with ceramic tile. The grout lines are black (well, dark grey, actually). But, in a few spots the white mortar is sticking up and showing through the grout.

We've dealt with this. Your best bet is to sand the mortar down and hit it with a little black paint or some more grout.

you can regrout it or actually try to chip the motar off. You needed to clean it up before grouting, good luck.
