I discovered the series about four years ago through one of my book clubs. They make interesting fantasy reading if you like stories about vampire hunters, etc.

I was first introduced to the dark hunter series by my sister. I have not yet read all of them but I plan on it. I am not a romance novel person either. My favs have always been horror and mystery. Sherlynn Kenyon is the bomb.
My fav characters are Talon, Vain, and Zarek. I dont much care for the dreamhunters though. Give me a hunky darkhunter anyday. Seems I must get to my sisters house for the next book.

i started reading that series about 2 years ago and i love them ive read every book except the new ones coming out in oct and nov , and will be reading to i missed this week. if u like these books then u will like the black dagger brotherhood by jr ward, the novels of the darkyn by lynn vielhl, and the immortal highlander series by karen marie moning
