That's a misleading question.
Sure anything can be had for a price, but the question begged by the actual circumstances of that answer is, would one want "anything"?
It's like the Genie in a bottle with three wishes. Remember that episode of "The X-Files" when Mulder finally wished the Genie free of her "curse"? It was because even though he (Mulder) wished for altruistic things his wish would ultimately be "unnatural".
If what you desire is "unnatural" yet you devise a "price" to acquire it, the resultant acquisition will most probably be detrimental.

When I was growing up in Missouri we had a local big name singer, who name I wont give but he likes to duck walk. and at his home or park as he called it you could get anything and I mean anything for a price, anything from drugs to women, men or queers. He is a great singer but has no morals
