It a normal size for your age. As you grow older don't forget that your penis might grow too. Don't be too upset about it.
Since you are just 13 years old it doesn't matter how big your penis is. Concentrate more on your studies instead of that. I am sure it minght grow bigger that way.
Do not try to do any thing negative to enlarge your penis. It will bring side effects when you are old. The size of the pennis actuall depends on how fast blood flow through the pennis. This is influence by what you think.

Lot guys your age wonder if the there penis is to small.... Your 13 years old, so it could grow some more. Just make sure when you masturbate that you pull away from your body.
The national average for a mans penis in the United States is 5 to 6 inches, so enjoy the fact that you have something to grab...

i think its normal size, my dad used to tell me if u have big feet, ur penis is longer than usual, my feet size is 11 and i have a 7 inch erect, nd 4 1/2 not, and im only 14

It all depends on if you have gone through puberty yet! 5-6 hard inches is considered a normal size-if you haven't hit puberty yet don't worry-it will get bigger!!!!
