I gave them my symptoms(chest pain, trouble breathing) along with a few others. They finally seen me after waiting an 1hr or. When I went to the back I repeated to them what was going on. I wasnt put on any machine to monitor my heart or anything. They sent me for an x-ray then the doctor told me nothing showed in it and sent me away with cough syrup and some other pills. But nothing related to the symptoms. Well the next morning(4am) I woke up sweating and with the same chest pains. My mouth was dry as well. So I got up to use the bathroom first. While using it I got dizzy and felt like I couldnt hold my body up along with the feeling of wanting to vomit. I started to hear a ringing in my ear too. As I left out the bathroom I step in the hall. The next thing I know I waking up on the floor with a busted lip. So Im assuming I passed out. I went to another 3 days after the first and was admitted into ICU. They said my heart was weak and I had less then half the blood I was suppose to.

It sounds actually like you may have a decent shot at proving both medical malpractice and actual harm. Call a personal injury attorney and talk to him. He'll talk to you for free - probably even come to your house. And if he takes your case, he won't charge you anything unless you recover an award from the hospital. And if he won't take your case, you'll know you don't have anything to complain about. After all, he's not going to pass up an opportunity to make money.

Mmm, you wanted an EKG, would have been good to have one done...helps to check if rythm is regular, frequency of beats per minute, and may detect disorders of electric transmission of the order of beating throughout the heart.

X rays were asked to see your cardiac size, sometimes can detect hypertrophy...

Get a cardiologic checkup. The mistake the physician made at the ER is very bothersome, and due perhaps to a lack of experience in the trouble but don't sue him/her because you got out of the trouble, even if the thing could have been serious.

You can sue for anything. Now whether a judge will let it be heard is another matter. What are your damages?

negligent infliction of emotional distress comes to mind. but, then there's the matter of damages, etc. ah, western medicine, kills almost as many as it cures :-) (just a little hyperbole for you doctors out there)
