Some women experience breast tenderness and some increase in urination before they miss their period (which is about two weeks after conception). The nausea usually doesn't show up for about 5-6 weeks. But it is different for different women.

Hold up. How long ago did you have sex? Because if you're feeling this sudden onslaught of symptoms, like this soon after sexual intercourse, it could be a bladder infection
Look for the symptoms of UTIs (urinary tract infections) Women get them frequently when you are sexually active. Symptoms: Urge to urinate frequelty, wile passing little urine
Unusial odor
Pain during urination
Urine MAY be cloudy or reddish in color
Chills and fever may also be present if infection is severe, especially if it has spread to the kidneys
Possible nausia and lower back pain(*I'd assume its that bad when/if the infection is severe)

Good news: this is usually caused by bacteria naturally found in the digestive system, and your body is just out of whack.
Home treatment: Drink lots of water (think gallons) -flushes out tract/expells bacteria
urinate frequently, wipe front to back (bacteria from anus that gets in the urinary tract is a cuase of UTI's *sometimes* ) Avoid douching or using perfumed/harsh hygene products (including soaps)
Urinate after sex (flushes out system)
DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE

If symptoms doent improve after 48 hours of the home treatment, or worsen, go to DOCTOR :D

Hope things get bette
Godbless

--oh, and sorry its so long ><

any where from 7 days after your missed period , i have a little boy and i went through all the frequent peeiong and feeling so tired all the time, the back pain came alittle later but it is different with every woman, no ones body is the same so it all depends but if you feel that yourt body is not normal right now i would get a home test dont worry sometimes negative results are caused by not enough hormone level but it is worth takein a test good luck!!!

With every woman it is different. It usually takes 3-4 weeks before real pregnancy signs show up. Sometimes it could take a couple of months.

Some women show no signs at all.
